Our Facilitators
Steve Reshetar, Director
Steve has been a Life Skills facilitator since 2002 and has seen first hand the changes in peoples' lives when they have gone through the "Learning to Live, Learning to Love" curriculum.  Married in 1971, he and his wife have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren.  He loves to travel, especially to see the children who live on opposite ends of the country and one in the Rocky Mountain region. 
Dr. Brad Mahan
A native New Mexican, Brad was born on a ranch in Southern NM.  Married for 28 years he has 4 children and 2 precious grandchildren. He moved to Clovis in 1999 to pastor Grace Fellowship Church.  He completed his Doctorate of Ministry in 2007.  Brad has been a Life Skills facilitator since Jan. 2007. 
Rev. Darryl & Ernestine Tennefos

Eager to help you become all God has called you to be, Rev. Darryl and Ernestine Tennefos work individually as facilitators for Life Skills. The Tennefos' are parents of three grown children, and grandparents of one adorable grandson. They can relate to you and want the opportunity to work with you.

Rev. Darryl Tennefos, is a full time minister in the Church of the Nazarene. He received his Bachelors in Ministry from NBC (Nazarene Bible College) and was ordained in The Church of The Nazarene. Rev. Tennefos is presently pastoring The Church of The Nazarene in Portales, NM. He enjoys his position as a Life Skills facilitator, as he sees lives changed and people become healed emotionally.

Ernestine "Ernie" has her Masters in Counseling from ENMU. She also has a Bachelors in Ministry with a double major in Bible and Theology and Christian counseling from NBC (Nazarene Bible College) in Colorado Springs. Ernie is a licensed Mental Health Counselor working in Recovery and Treatment, Individual Counseling, and Matrix groups. She loves her job, knowing she is doing exactly what God has called her to do.

Donna Pharies

Donna loves the Life Skills program and the opportunity to help people turn their lives around.  She and her husband married in 1970 and raised four children in Clovis.  They are now the very proud grandparents of nine.  Donna has a Masters in Education and has taught Mathmathetics for many years.  She presently teaches at Clovis Community College as well as the Life Skills program.

Patti Rivas, Albuquerque Director
Patti lives in Albuquerque, NM and has a heart for the Life Skills curriculum. She was introduced to the program by Facilitator Ernestine Tennefos in 2007. She knew that Life Skills would help change many lives and stayed in touch with Rev Tennefos over the years and prayed one day the program would come to Albuquerque. She is a local minister in the Sandia Church of the Nazarene, has four adult children, all living in Albuquerque.
Jessica Zottneck, Roswell Director
Jessica lives in Artesia, NM with her husband, Eric, and their children where they currently pastor the Living Well Nazarene church.   She has a Master's in Secondary Education and has worked with special populations of students at an Albuquerque Charter School for "at risk" students.   She has also worked on projects with the New Mexico Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
